Busy Beavers Craft Club. 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Forest Preserve District of Will County’s Isle a la Cache Museum, 501 E. Romeo Road. Learn to make a craft you can take home. Each month will feature a different craft activity. The free program is for ages 15 and younger. Registration is not required.

2016 Summer Adventure Opening Ceremony: Sky Squad. 7 p.m. at Annerino Community Center Gym, 201 Recreation Drive. Join for the Summer Adventure Opening Ceremony. Watch as the Sky Squad, led by “Sky Guy” Andres Baines, delivers non-stop excitement with dazzling acrobatic flips and twists, mid-air passes and skilled slam dunking! All ages; no registration required. This program is generously funded by the Friends of the Library.

JJC Summer Farmers Market. 2-6 p.m. at the Joliet Junior College Greenhouse Facility, 1215 Houbolt Road, Joliet. Farmers Market season is here, and Joliet Junior College is pleased to bring its annual farmers market for a fourth year. The 2016 Farmers Market will be open Thursdays from May 26 to Sept. 15.

16th Annual Cavalcade of Planes. 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Clow International Airport, 130 S. Clow International Parkway, Bolingbrook.The EAA Ford Tri-Motor will be flying at Cavalcade 2106! Summer Connections. 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Edward Hospital Athletic & Events Center, 55 Phelps Ave., Romeoville. Events include: Budgeting 101, Storytelling, Mediation Exercises, Insurance 101, Dealing with Stress, and Birth to 3 Developmental Screenings. A representative from the Will County Clerk’s Office will be available for 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. registering residents to vote. Games include bag toss, board games, crafts and a family-friendly game of dodgeball. The afternoon events are designed for children ages 4 to 12.
