Busy Beavers Craft Club. 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Forest Preserve District of Will County’s Isle a la Cache Museum, 501 E. Romeo Road. Learn to make a craft you can take home. Each month will feature a different craft activity. The free program is for ages 15 and under. Registration is not required.
Family Movie. 1:30 p.m. at Fountaindale Public Library, 300 W. Briarcliff Road, Bolingbrook. Bring the family to watch The Good Dinosaur ©Walt Disney Pictures. Drop in until the limit of 90 people is reached; no registration necessary.

Native Wildflowers. 7 p.m. at Fountaindale Public Library, 300 W. Briarcliff, Bolingbrook. Horticulturist Sharon Yiesla will teach you how to start using native plants in landscape and to familiarize yourself with a variety of wildflowers.
Healthy Seniors. 10 a.m. to noon at VNA clinic, 161 N. Independence Blvd., Romeoville. The community is invited to attend to meet Dr. Jesse Plasencia, VNA’s Podiatrist and learn about foot health, VNA HouseCalls, VNA’s innovative home-based primary care program, get tips for preventing colon cancer and find resources for quitting smoking. FAFSA Workshop. 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Joliet Junior College, 1215 Houbolt Road. Parents and students who need help completing the FAFSA can attend one of Joliet Junior College’s FAFSA and scholarship workshops. All local parents and students can attend for free, regardless of what school they plan to attend in the fall.
